30-day money-back guarantee

Trainrz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases, including one-time organization setup fees and the first month of a recurring membership. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Recurring subscriptions

For monthly memberships, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges that fall outside the 30-day window are not automatically refunded, but we will always consider reasonable requests — please contact us.

How to request a refund

Payments on Trainrz are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund or cancellation, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact Trainrz support and we will forward your request. Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
